A quick look at a few domain and website sales at Flippa over the past week:

mushroomDomains

Mushroom.com sold yesterday for $67,000

  • Inavit was listed as the seller. They have sold other domains on Flippa, such as Segment.com for $16,000 and Thriller.com for $19,000. (new owner of Thriller.com now trying to flip at DNForum in $xxx, xxx range)

1/19 UPDATE: All references to mushroom.com have been removed from Flippa…presumably the buyer or seller backed out? It doesn’t exactly build confidence in your platform when you simply remove ‘sold’ listings without explanation.

Googley.com for $3,000.

  • I wouldn’t touch that one with a 10 foot pole.

Lv.ly for $2,200

  • Says the seller, “Better than adf.ly & bit.ly – Just Lovely!

TouchWebsiteSolutions.com for $24,000

I was playing around with flippa urls since they removed “just sold” button for domains only.
This links to domains only sold for future reference :D
    https://flippa.com/just-sold?page=1&type=domain&sort_col=timestart&sort_dir=desc&price_min=0

Thanks for that link, Richard. You can access the domains-only information with an advanced search, but the Flippa sorting functionality is all messed up right now — sorting by ‘Time End’ doesn’t actually sort by time end….your link is much better.

We offer buyers and sellers the option of hiding a listing from public view once the sale has gone through. This is a good option for large brands who would rather their purchase not be made public. I can’t disclose more about this sale, but it was not hidden because the transaction was cancelled.

Last time I saw mushroon.com on Flippa, few hours before closing, it was bidded at 125 K…

    Can prices “go” down ?

Maybe something i did not get.

    Was fun to watch.

  4. Matina says:

Last I saw it, it was at 125K. Maybe it sold for this amout, even more ?

    Happy seller in any case.
